VGL Tickets
I probably should have posted about this earlier, but the Video Games Live tickets arrived a couple of weeks ago. After service charges and convenience fees, the tickets come to $64.925 per person. Since I'm such a nice guy, I'm willing to waive the 5 thousands of a cent. :)

I just forked over $831 to register my car in CA on top of the $50 for the smog certification. This doesn't include the cost of the speeding ticket that started all this. Before I leave this state, I'm stealing $881 with of signs and other gov't property. At least I was able to guilt the lady behind the counter into not destroying my TN plates. -
Video Games Live (Again)
After the initial disappointment of cancellation and the non-refundable service charge, Video Games Live is coming back to San Jose! The fact that they're no longer partnered with ClearChannel, this is the only date they've announced, and the event is intended to wrap up the 2006 Game Developers Conference gives me hope that it'll actually happen ( Read more... ) -

On a less whiney note about work than last time, Intel paid for us to have a holiday celebration. We chose to play pool last week, and the pictures and movie clips are here.
