Ooh, yes. I tend to forget that Ozymandias is a sonnet - the way it uses the structure makes it feel to me very different to most sonnets (though The Windhover is the same - I'd forgotten that was a sonnet until I re-read it today).
When you said Milton's 20th, did you mean the poem you linked to? Most sources I can find seem to suggest that's his 19th, and To Mr Lawrence is his 20th. I'm not sure which I prefer; On His Blindness has more to say, but To Mr Lawrence is lovely to read....
(Actually, maybe someone can tell me - IS The Windhover a sonnet? I had thought it was, as it's 14 lines long, but I realise it's not iambic pentameter; I'm not sure if they have to be.)
