when you are updating your journal, there are options near the bottom where you can enter your mood or what music your listening to ect. well there is a place where it says "security" and it will be on public. in order to make it friends only you just push on the little arrow and it will give you the option if private (which means that only you can see it and no one else) or friends (which means that only your friends can see it)
