successful day

On most counts, today was a success. It didn't start out looking good. I had trouble sleeping last night and when I did, it was mostly a series of nightmares, some stranger than others, though there were moments of triumph. How's a borrowed lunchbox? Surely comparable to a canvas bag. More energy input to create, but more durable, and more recyclable, though it sequesters less carbon...

officially, so far as lunchboxes go, reused is reused. it's better than new. Now, the plastic thermos may be leaching trace amounts of its inner lining into your water supply, but poisoning yourself isn't really a crime against nature. just remember that green burrials are a great way to protect land until the united states thinks you've been dead long enough that your plot is no longer sacred space and builds a nuclear power plant on top of your decomposing body. Of course, if you're native american, they probably won't wait until you start decomposing to get the bulldozers rolling.

but yeah, borrowed lunchbox gets the green thumbs up as long as you or someone uses it as long as it's useable.
