I finally have an S1 layout for you guys to snag if you're interested! S1 is definitely not my forte, but I'm hoping that you won't find this one too lacking.

It's both Firefox and Explorer compatible, but I have no idea how it looks on Netscape or Safari, so if there are major problems with those browsers, drop me a line. There may not be much I ( Read more... )

In the code, it says there should be a header.gif, but it's not in the zip. I have no sort of navigation or anything at the top..

There's no header gif in this layout. The portion of the code that has a link to one, doesn't activate in this particular layout, so that's not what's missing. There, should, however, be a navigation bar, which is pure text - no graphics. Did you change any of the code when you installed it?

PS. And I just tried installing the code on a fresh journal per the instructions txt I included with the zip, and everything is working on it.

You can try starting from scratch and following all of the instructions again, or you can comment with the code you've changed in a text box. Let me know.
