I. WANT. THE. MOUSE. OUT. OF. MY. HOUSE.

I've seen it THREE times now.. or i might have seen more than one cause they seem to be surprisingly different sizes. and one was in my room all last night (i blocked the grate off to try and keep it out, but it ended up keeping it in *sob*)

I WANT IT GONE!!!!

You don't ever have just ONE mouse. If you see one, the reality is that you probably have several living in your house, in the walls, in the cupboards, etc. What you need to do is to find out where it is coming in, and sealing that opening. Mice are able to squeeze through incredibly tiny openings, sometimes smaller than a quarter. There are definite health issues with mice so you should be insisting that your landlord get the assistance of an exterminator.
