Well, Nick is refusing to give me my son back.. is that legal.. i dont think it is, and as hard as I have tried to keep the authorities out if this, I think it is time they became involved

so cute. I am not insane. IO simply expressed to you that unless you will agree to a set schedule for visitation, and unless you will promise to have an appropriate babysitter for him when you DO go out, that I don't think it would be wise to leave him in your care. I am not in any means kidnapping him. I told you SEVERAL times now that you can come see him any time you want to. If you choose to not agree to some sort of scheduled visitation you have noone to blame for not seeing your son except yourself. I am not "using" him. I am simply concerned for the well being of my son. To say that you are concerned about me taking care of him is a bit unnecessary. You were the one who chose to go out every other night and leave him home with an inferior babysitter. Then you would tell me you were home with him because you apparently KNEW that I was not going to be happy with whom you left him with. Also, to call me insane is a slanderous act. I am in no way insane. I am VERY mentally stable and in fact am better than I was when I was with you
