I still have a jammed fingers injury from the bakery (pans crushing my right hand fingers) and I am compounding it by straining my left arm. One of the tough parts of my job is transfers - a thing that when I applied looked like a minor aspect of my job, not something I would be doing multiple times per shift. But I am, and hurting from same.

Ugh! I didn't know about the fingers and still dealing with that injury. And now heavy lifting every shift? Even though it's part of the gig, I bet there's a safer option for lifting whatever it is- moving it by dolly or something that will take pressure off your body. I know, I know- I'm sure you've already thought of everything. I just want to help somehow even though I know I can't.

My gym membership starts June 1st. I'm going to work on core strength and that will make the difference. I will take easy so I don't injure myself at the gym.
