A few posts back I said that my dream would be to go to the California Culinary Academy and eventually open a small restaurant. Well, I jumped off the fence and am actually on my way (with wobbly knees) toward starting a home based catering business. Yea for me! I stuck my neck out 6 years ago and am still happily self-employed. Anything is possible if you are willing to try. I'm sure you will do really well. I only wish I could be one of your guinea pigs.
