I was quite pleased recently when my actual boss told me that my previous boss's boss's position was vacant and that I should apply for it.
(I really do need a couple of years to apply for it, but if anyone in your neck of the woods needs a very good administrator who isn't an academic then do let me know)

I have a friend who once taught there. Apparently it was mostly attended by sons of very rich Arabs and he was constantly being picked up by expensive limos to go to wild parties. Id be q tempted by a job there:-)

I was interview for Assistant Dean there. Came away feeling it was a bit unfriendly. This was confirmed when I was rejected via an agency; which would be find but the application hadn't been through an agency, so struck me as a little rude.
