take the 408 toll towards orlando/titusville
go thru like 3 toll booths 75cents each
go past the GOLDENROD EXIT
get off on the next exit which is SANFORD
you'll pass a sign for Valencia College, then you'll get off on the COLONIAL exit, 25cent toll, you'll see a huge Greenway FORD dealership place across the street, TURN RIGHT on COLONIAL
it will be the 1st or 2nd street ECONOCHHATCHEE road, turn left
go over small bridge, turn right into COLONIAL POINTE apartments
