yes it's true. i'm sober now. 1 day strong and that 1 day means alot. I've had the most horrible cotton mouth for the past few days as well and i guess i could attribute that to my drinking and how i get dehydrated and what not. i'm finally going to get back to working out and being mr. healthy. yes, i have much to look forward to.
