This is timely for me too! I turned down a job I thought was shady and unprofessional, and although I didn't exactly fire the client in question, I think it might have been the end. Here's hoping that the gap is filled with more opportunities.

I'm of the same mind. I turned down several assignments recently from a client who pays little and suddenly wants a lot more work for the money. No than you. I do believe it opens space for better paying clients.
