down 1.8 this week from last, total lost, 18.6lbs.

That is awesome! Keep going, I'm praying for you.
So what is your target weight, or more important than that, the percentage of body fat you are aiming for?
I'm sure my percentage is still up in the upper 20s to lower 30s, not good for me. :-(

my goal (for now) is 199. it's a long way off, but I didn't gain all this weight overnight and I sure won't lose it that way, either. :)

Nice job David! That is great ... keep it up.
PS I would have stopped by in PDX, but you don't look ANYthing like my Mer ... she is much prettier and wins my attention! :)
I do plan on visiting soon, sometime either this month or next I may have to be up there for a few days, maybe I can crash there for a night or two?
