Challenge: living on the road and waking up in a different place most every morning. Strategy: 15 minutes of Qi Kung every morning. First thing. No excuse. This habit has translated over to living somewhere well. I look forward to my body-breathing every morning. This has naturally flowed into a desire to stay in touch with this body that I find myself in. Which has grown into more hiking and yoga (Headstands!) and bicycling. But it is all built on the foundation the Qi Kung.

you're habit of qi kung is one of the main motivators in my doing this in the mornings. i know you have had much success with it and i have been taking that as a testimonial to its benefits.

If you have anything healthy you want that is not already in the house that you'd like me to get for meals, just let me know!
