Rollercoasters behind and ahead

Last week flew by like no other. After recovering from Hana and Steve's wedding and Teddy's visit to flush out his ear, I had wanted nothing but some easiness to my week. I definitely need some new shoes that aren't boots. By "neutral" do you mean you have a flat foot? My left is flat but my right isn't. Thus, constant terrible foot/ankle problems. Where'd you go for the sweet shoes?

Actually Teddy works at the Hibbetts Sports up in Ashland so I drove up and tried them on (he gets an employee discount). My feet actually are just normal when I say neutral. If you have a flat foot, you are more like to what I think is overpronate, which is rolling your foot inward when you step. Teddy and the people there just watched my walk and then recommended the shoes I have for me. I also hear you on horrible ankle problems cause the metal plate in my right ankle acts up sometimes too.
