i know i havent updated in a while so yea

yesterday was ok
school was normal
practice was kinda hard with 3x's
       4x100 @ 1:40
       4x50   @ 1:00
       4x25   @ 2:00
so ya hard but not hard

football game was okay
we lost (like 23 to 17? idk)
and it was Flipping Freezing
ami and court were there (ami and i kept calling eachother on our CELL PHONES (

yes, jv had less time. so instead of that we didn't do the 100s and only did the thing once. hahahaha. it was sweeeeeeet.
