Do random stunts that could possibly be considered illegal while shouting "it's my birthday, bitch(es)!" to the recipients of your behavior. For example, you could run down the street, knock someone over, yell "it's my birthday, bitch!" And run away.

Clearly, it is the pinnacle of birthday activities.
