Beware of anything you're tempted to buy just because it's expected to go up in value. Eventually, the only reason it goes up in value is because people buy it expecting it to go up even further in value. Remember the tulip craze in Holland? Remember the stock market rise and the big crash of 1929? No? Well, remember Beanie Babies? If the house's value doesn't increase in two years, are you or Kris still going to want to live there? I hate to be such a naysayer, but even professional investors get nailed when economic bubbles suddenly bust, and this sounds to me like an economic bubble.

In other news, I'm back from Scotland, and I'd like to get in touch with you. I'll try email first, and if that works I might try calling you. Talk to you soon.

"There are those who call me Tim" - now it make sense. I just thought it was some clever little title line you came up with. Thanks for the unforgettable impression this morning - I think it was funnier to see you acting it out with all your sound effects than the movie itself.
Enjoy your relaxing time (books, computer games, and all). Sounds like you’ve got some big decisions coming up. Well, (I apologize for the cliché-soundingness of this, but I can’t think of another way to say what I mean)- I hope it all works out well.
