We caught a shark seining today! It was a bonnet head, which is a hammerhead species. It was so cool. We caught it right on the beach. There was a bunch of them around. I had a fun day at the aquarium. We went collecting for the third time this week. The boat wouldn't start though, so we went seining in a tidal creek and basically was swimming and trying to pull the seine at the same time. That was interesting! But we still had fun. I'm tired. I had a long day at work today. I cleaned a bunch of tanks so that everything is set for the week because Dave is going up to Connecticut to bring back some new sharks for the aquarium. It's amazing to find out how much you really have affected someone's life. And that they remember comments from the 10th grade that still make them happy. It goes to show how much you really mean to people even though you may feel completely alone at times.
