I agree. Our defense is... Lacking, to say the least. We need to be more organized from now on.

These people are violent and dangerous, and they have to be controlled.

My Uncle and I, along with several others have been training any of those willing to learn martial arts or weaponry. I know the people here are capable of defending themselves, we don't need that police force to save us if we could only get organized.

Agreed. The question is how. We have to find something that will deter them from causing trouble.

I...Don't know. I hadn't really meant to take a leadership role in any of this. More like just spurring people into action I guess.

But if that's what people need then...I can. I won't appoint myself though.

I'd rather see the city act as a whole. We had someone act almost like a leader in the past but...that didn't really work.

The only reason I don't like the police is because they haven't been organized enough recently and all of this chaos with Walter and everything else has managed to go un-punished.

We captured him for what? A few days? And my sister along with a handful of others busted him out. They've obviously started banding together.

So now? That's what we got to do and it needs to happen now.

I believe we too can act together, with or without a leader, and defend ourselves against our enemies.

We have the police now and we're going to protect the people. But who's going to decide which people are good and who needs to get locked up? I bet my list would be different from yours, and both of ours would be different from someone like Azula's.

I guess, but I know what the city is capable of, I've trained many of them myself. There's got to be a way we can give more strength to those who can fight this.

How big of a group? And should we have a few of them? Perhaps stationed with each residence?...I mean, most of the town has proven to me that they can make a decent army when organized for such things.

As far as who goes, we just need to keep a closer eye on any known threats and learn what we about them. Anyone who has acted against us, like Walter or my sister, or that Sweeney guy, they should have some sort of punishment for what they've done.

I know prison isn't enough, especially for someone like Walter...so there has to be something...any punishment that might make them think twice...

...That's a really smart idea, kid. Putting some of the force to work like that, at residences. Combine it with patrols...

We're doing that, best we can. It's easier when people aren't yelling at us to do something and start talking to us instead. It takes time to gather information and once we have it, we still have to sort out what to do with it.

You got a better idea of what to do with him, bring up with everyone else. But right now, I'm not going to be worse than he was. We're not going to punish him. We'll bring him to justice, but punishment's subjective and for tyrants.

It's not that I don't like the idea of having a group of "police"...but I've seen days pass, months even and nothing changed. More and more people were dying and nothing was done.

I'm sorry. I guess...I just got frustrated. I didn't know anything was being done to fix our police force.

More so I think the scientists need to stop bringing these types of people into our society and start taking responsibility for those they've already stuck here, but I know we can't rely on them.

No. I don't. And I didn't mean it like that, I won't become my father. But...I just wish there was something we could use against them so they wouldn't even think about hurting anymore people.

Death doesn't frighten them, they know they come back. The chips can be removed if found...what can we do?
