Sleep
I sleep well, in that I can usually get eight solid hours with only dream breaks occasionally waking me.
However I never feel refreshed after sleeping, or at least, rarely. I just wake up groggy, or tired, or like today, with a headache.
What am I doing wrong? -

The place I volunteer at asked me if I would design their Christmas card.
I think they thought, as I was a 'whizz' on Publisher, that I could do it in that, with some clip art or some shit.
More fool them.
I've spent about four or so hours today, at home, doing this. The Phoenix is the charity logo, before you ask.
