I feel so numb and stupid and sad and terrified and a whole lot of other things.

I just broke up wiith John and I fell like an asshole and I made an unbelievably huge mistake in doing so.

He seemed so numb. He packed up all of his stuff and left. He's gone.

I just don't know what to do now.
