Well, my truck is gonna cost $1500 to fix, on top of the $328 it cost to tow. And Toyota wont cover it under warranty. Im gonna fight it.

I hope my insurance will cover it.

yeah plently of pics were taken, i cant believe they wouldnt cover it, you just bought it, insurance should cover it though, im pretty sure there is a freak accident clause, i think its comprehensive, either way you should fight it.

You need to fight with AAA. That tow should have been free. 5+ hours for roadside assistance is not only poor quality work, but dangerous. The guy was 4 hours late, and that is ridiculous.
