I want to keep up with Occupy, but I'm getting an ulcer

What to do? I want two things that apparently aren't working together very well, and I need to find some way to make them both workable. Still coming up with options, but may have to start taking internet breaks.

ways i have injured myself

If you're starting to get an ulcer, take care of it right now. This minute. I know you want to do superhuman things, but sometimes you have to listen to your body and throttle back the stress (and spicy food, if you are eating any). My father tried to "tough out" an ulcer, and had to live with it the rest of his life, no matter what he did to remedy it.

You are way too young to go that route.

I've been eating raw cabbage for a few days and now it's gotten better to the point where its just a little stomach twinge about two hours after I eat, and it goes away without doing anything in ~5 minutes.

Dig through your mail and ask friends for their junk mail, too.
Every Credit card app that comes with a Postage Paid envelope - put a wood shim inside.
Shims are sold in bundles for like $2.
Write/stamp/paint on each shim some slogans like #Occupy or "Separation of Corporation and State"
Or even better: "Wanna know what else is too big to fail? The United States Postal Service"

There's a youtube vid about this. I remember hearing about this plan anyway back in the 80's for something unrelated to this.

Note: these banks pay the post office for these mass mailings and mass returns.
Note: the post office is facing budget cuts and lay offs.
Note: the firmer and heavier you make the envelope - the more the bank has to pay the post office.
More money from these companies goes towards the post office - who employs the most vets.

WIN. I've got about 3 envelopes saved so far.
No need to do the return address crap.
