im trying to find flights now but i cant seem to re-find the good deals i could before... got any ideas? was verona the close one?

Verona is by far the closest, and usually the cheapest. Verona on a train is about 2hrs away, milan is at least 4 hrs, bologna the same, munich is 6/7hrs and considerably more expensive cause you cross the border and are in germany where the trains are nicer and more expensive.
