Have just heard that the amazing mongolian throat singing band huun huur tu is supposed to be playing on 13 may at the old fruithall market in Glasgow.

Admittedly, I have no idea what on earth they sound like, or whether or not they are indeed amazing. I just like the sound of it...

They're really weird. Mongolian throat-singing is that thing where you control your vocal cords so that you're singing two notes at the same time. Apparantly Alison Goldfrapp can do it.
