I set up a placeholder account months ago but never did anything with it. Surprisingly, there are now people I actually know in my suggested adds list. And then there are others I'd probably attack with a kitchen utensil if I met them in the real world...

Yeah, I'm being hounded by people I barely knew or didn't even like. But I have found my most favorite people too! So it has really been worth it. Besides, it's a little more fun than LJ. LJ sometimes feels like public masterbation whereas FB is just simple fun.
