I know most of us will be celebrating Saturday at the Ghastley Garden Party, but would anyone be interested in a separate birthday celebration this Friday night?  The stupendous Crowned Heads of Rhythm are playing at the Gala American Bistro in Farmington & I would love to celebrate my birthday with my favorite band.  Please let me know ASAP if you

That's what I figured!

Cake? Well, my mom always made me cherry chip cake with cherry chip icing. Does Betty Crocker even still make that mix?? No one ever liked it but me!! I'm easy - any cake is good cake!

Hey, I know people! Yeah it wouldn't be my first choice as a location, but tomorrow night they're playing in Hillsdale. I just have so much fun with them that I wanted to make it part of my birthday weekend. Most likely the show will be cancelled anyway. Last week's was. Maybe we'll just go up to Goodnight Gracie's Sunday night instead (even though I can't stand that place!).
