This place is... exhausting. I feel myself becoming more and more inattentive as time goes by. I almost feel as if I'm breaking apart bit by bit again. Even writing this is taking far more effort to piece my thoughts together. The annoying buzz of neon lights in the Dark City would be welcoming right about now, just to get a piece of something real.
We are nothing that is clinging onto nothing in this Wonderland. Nobodies without a purpose anymore. We need to make our own purpose. Leave behind the memories so we're never forgotten.

It's well observed that in Luceti there are "cycles" in which we see an influx of "new feathers", as the population of Luceti has deemed it's newcomers. It's almost cute, really. But I digress. The previous month's cycle had introduced a larger number than normal. I suppose that just shows not everything in Luceti can be predicted, as I was previously starting to see a pattern in experiments. I'm also starting to note that kidnappings have been on the rise.
With current trends and events, I question the stability of Luceti. Can darkness reach the hearts of the people here? This world may be different from ours, but every path can be connected. Perhaps the Malnosso will intervene before their precious experiments cause mayhem? Any outcome could prove to be quite entertaining, though. Been a while since I've had a good show.
Yep, I think my little vacation time is over.
