It's ridiculous how sleepy I am. However, I haven't slept the past few nights because... hmm, I dunno why. Last night was obviously a late night because of the NATCA dinner party. Gosh, who'd have thought I'd be saying its a late night when we're still out and about after the hour of 9p.m. That's nuts, I never thought I'd see that happen.:/

Yeah readbacks are pretty important to keeping it running, but I think pilots sometimes have a hard job remembering stuff. Controllers say the same stuff day in day out most of the time, so are used to it but pilots aren't. Which is why it's important as a controller to feed stuff in pieces!
It's interesting what's happening to your ATC system. I'm sure it'll work out ok. Sometimes things are hyped-up as well to sound worse than they are, etc... The main thing is you're doing ok!
