SoraxKairi - a pairing which deserves a lot more love and a hell of a lot more good fanfiction.
Track 1: Rescue Me ~Kimi ga Ita Kara~ - mink

And even if I stumbled,

No one but you, you came and rescued me.
Kairi to Sora. Sora to Kairi. It works both ways. Kairi and Riku were the ones who gave Sora the motivation to fight for the world, and Kairi, especially, was part of the driving force behind Sora. To restore her soul, even when he didn't know it was within him - that was part of why he fought. And there's Riku too, of course, but they're not the pairing is about, so I'll refrain from that even though I ship them together too.
Track 2: Ready to Love - YUI
I wanted to see you,
So I started looking for you.
I'll take it one step at a time,
So I won't screw this up.
The perfect Sora to Kairi song. The fact that I really love this song helps a lot too. They're teens now, not children anymore- they're growing into their feelings and they're starting to realize that maybe they feel more for each other than just friendship.
Track 3: Hitori janai Kara - UVERworld
That's the city we grew up in...
A place to come back to.

Oh, even though they're full of mistakes,
They have individuality.
The truth I wasn't longing for
Changing the strength
So I can stay as me.
Sora's song. Because he really isn't alone. He never is. This song, is, I suppose, a song about trust and a song about growing stronger. Sora's changed a lot since KH, and at the end of KHII, his character has grown so much stronger and so much more independent that it's almost unbelievable. The motivation to find his friends, to get them back, is what made him change, but his faith in the path he's walking does not waver. I like that about him.
Track 4: We Are. - Do As Infinity
When I was young, I believed everything
About what was to come after that dream I saw so long ago.
I want to see you again.
This, now, is Kairi's song. I had a hard time finding a song for Kairi, really. (Actually, it was more like I had trouble finding translations.) Possibly because Kairi spent most of KH unconscious. But I think, Kairi, at heart, is like every normal teenage girl - she worries about her hair, wonders whether the boy she likes thinks she's pretty, frets about whether her feelings are returned - but everything in her life is put on hold while they get torn apart, and she falls into a coma of sorts. When she wakes, she's older - but her feelings are still the same; they have not changed, and she's still just a girl in love. She's a princess, and he's a hero - and here you have your perfect fairytale.
