Over Christmas I surprisingly didnt gain much, only a lb or two. but the past week i binged like mad for some stupid reason & im up up up & clearly not happy about it. I'm down 2.5lb from yesterday though so thats a good start to getting back on track! 400kcal limit today & lots of exercise!
what the hell.... i was 115.5 yesterday morning and i had 200 kcal yesterday yet this morning im up to 116.0!?!? :( makes me so sad/pissed at this rate im never going to reach my GW by xmas! :( should i continue with 2-4-6-8 today or fast or what? helpppp<3
