I think this is brilliant because:

A. The economy of animation exhibited by Snape is not only entirely in character but effectively used as well.
B. Tinkerbell's movements are extremely fluid, suggesting a lot more intermittent frames than I suspect you actually used.
C. You did a kickass job for ten hours.

Clearly you haven't been showing it to the right people, then. :)

I was just showing your other animations to Jenn two nights ago and she was heartily impressed. It's actually one of the highlights of my blogroll, watching your work.

The Tinkerbell animation is particularly impressive, the way the trails follow and disperse so smoothly. What chunk of the ten hours did that take?

And who are you planning on having voice Snape? :P

Snape seems very on-character. I wonder if fairy parts are good for potions? Maybe that's how he flew out of a window in book 7. I suppose we'll find out what he's saying in the final?

Nice work.

Very cool. I'm sure I'll be even more appreciative when it comes time for me to attempt the sparkly fairy dust stuff, but for now I'm in love with Snape and his hand.
