I'm a failure and haven't updated yet this month nor have I been good about reading my flist. I'm so sorry guys. ;_; I will remedy this by reading every new post made after this one

Me too. It's mostly better, but then I do something that aggravates it and thus prolongs the time before it's fully healed. *sigh* Though the pain is unnoticeable for the most part now because it blends in with the other pain I deal with all the time.
Unfortnately that'll probably still happen for a while. ;-; I tried on my friend's 8" stripper heels at a con a few months ago and totally busted my knee in them (fell backwards and twisted it, derp) and then proceeded to walk around all of San Francisco the next day on my bum knee, and it still hurts occasionally, especially when I try to sleep on my side. Argh. :\ I also have a toe that I think I might have broken months ago that still hurts. TL;DR Astro is not allowed to walk, she falls down a lot.
I'm sure. The spot I injured on my back 11 years ago still bothers me sometimes. I was getting into my car in the winter a few months after I got my license and I slipped on a patch of ice when I was halfway in. Wound up pinching a nerve a couple inches away from my spine.
I have weak ankles that give out all the fucking time. I was also dumb as a kid and was wearing 4 inch platform sandals and decided to play HOPSCOTCH in them and wound up twisting my ankle. I sprained that same ankle by thinking a step was higher than it actually was when I was late to my sociology class in college on September 11th. And then proceeded to put weight on it all day standing in line to donate blood with my roommate. Didn't go to the hospital until late that night. -_-;
Happy birfday! I'm turning 26 in December. So yeah, anything after 25...FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU ;___;
Missed you, dorkface. But I'm glad that you're feeling better. May I suggest delicious thermacare heatpacks? They really work for me (and since I have fibro, in wet/cold/winter weather, my back is usually almost always out). Or ice, if that works for you. Ice just makes my pain worse, idk. :3
Thanks. <3 Yeah, I know. I don't want to be old. ;-;
Awww, missed you, too. I got this thing that straps on and the water pack that you put in it can be frozen or microwaved? IDK my brother picked it up for me last Saturday when this happened. It didn't really do much for me. And my mom sent me over this icy hot patch, but I just found it irritating and chemically. :( I'm probably gonna buy a heating pad with my next paycheck so that I can stick it under a blanket when I'm either sitting or laying down as needed. Because like you, I've got fibro and living in Michigan it's almost always wet/cold/winter or humid as hell in the summer.
;___; FIBRO BUDDIES FTW. Or is it FTL? I can't tell. orz
Icyhot is the work of the devil. The tinglies just drive me mad and I want to rip all of my skin off when I use it. So...I don't use it anymore.
Even though I live in SoCal, it's been humid. THIS IS A DESERT IT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HUMID. WTF. But Michigan...gah. I don't even. Tokyo was bad enough for me but Michigan might be the same if not worse. :(

Hopefully it does go away soon though!

It really is. I'm never using it again. Ever.
Yeah, it's pretty awful. I felt no shame in asking for a snuggie/slanket for Christmas this past year. it was so nice to cuddle up in.
