Work is BUSY today. Or rather, it isn't, and I've completed all the levels of Launchball except the user generated ones. (Can anyone recommend anything similar to this? I want more!)

So yeah... things are going pretty good, all things considered. Work's proving to be fun, if a little quiet on occasion. Then there's the... fun with my leg. ( Ouch! )

Good news: Tonight I'm DJing for my indie night.

Great news: BBC 6Music (one of their digital radio stations) has asked me to go on the show tonight at 6:45 to talk about night and give it a bit of promotion.

How amazing is that?

I made a zombie movie. Or at least, I did the makeup and effects work, and played a zombie. A rather... special zombie, in hindsight. Oh dear.

Well, tonight I drive up to Nottingham for the last interview. This is it. It's from 12:00 until 4:00 tomorrow, so any positive thoughts during that time would be appreciated!

For those in the Nottingham area, I'll be in Bugman's tonight, playing games of Ogre Smackdown. Which is awesome and involves Ogres beating each other with chairs.

There were a million hitches, of course. The PA was messed up, and only half the speakers in the room worked; there was a Battle of the Bands before we went on, and they overran then took ages to pack up; the room was mostly empty for the majority of the night because it always is, because the rock room DJ keeps playing ( Read more... )

Went to see Transformers tonight... and first up, let me say that it freakin' rocked more than anything ever, including toast, the internet and all the comics in the world.
