I think the part that I resent the most is that it wasn't a new self, it was me. Twisted into some sort of pathetic and simpering form because he thought it was "better".

Well it's different. I choose to follow Arthas. He cured me of all my issues, then gave them back when it was convenient and put himself in Arthas's place.
