I went to drop off some documents to my boss at the Ford Conference and Event Center the other day during the Americas Leadership meeting. Padilla was standing outside looking like he just finished a cigarette or something. As I headed toward the entrance, he basically cut in front of me to go in and let the door close behind him even though I was right there. Mind you there were like 12 other doors in the entrance he could've picked.

Real nice guy, I imagine.
