sooo tired

ok so here it is im always out now till like 1 or 2 in the morning this due to the fact that i cannot sleep. im so tired and jus wanna get a good nights sleep. i feel like crap all the time and prolly look it too. someone please help me with this........any suggestions?

Since there's no alcohol in the house, I sometimes take a slug of Nyquil. The English weren't just drunks, they had a reason for having a little something-something before bed. ;) sleep well, live well, be happy. Much love Missy-san.
