Let me take this moment to say that losing work (esp. that long worth of work) is one of the most fucked experiences that an individual can experience in a day-to-day-life situation. And not the good kind of fucked. The "kill it with fire!" kind of fucked.

Oh noooooo! That is the absolute WORST! I always freak out when that happens to what I'm writing. It's so annoying and frustrating and AWFUL.
