we go up to stratem go around and knock on doors asking if they would like a free estamit done on haveing there house painted. If they say yes they fill out the card (this is where you have the potential to make 15$)

I give that card to my boss who calls them up and sets up an apointment to do the estamit, if they havn't changed their minds and they let him do the estamet you get paid. If they change there mind you don't.

So because of this process it takes about 3 weeks to get paid. so in a way I kinad view it as a tax return, it's money I forgot about when I get it so it's BONUS cash.
