Here I am ready to update you on my life again. And I sincerely hope that the next time I decide to get off my butt and update you won't be another three months from now. (My fault, I know ( Read more... )

Whoa, those are some big issues up there (except for the Bombers losing... go Riders! hee hee :P
Right, well I definitely think you have a point about not getting the hours you deserve. They obviously value you as an employee by putting you in the deli to ensure you got the hours you told them you could work for. Returning you to the bakery for equal pay or more would (to me) have been the sensible option, not cutting more than half your original hours. Now, I don't have any work experience in that sense, but it certainly sounds like de-promoting to me. Discussing it with your union sounds like a good idea!

You're not going to have to get ankle surgery, are you? That sounds icky :(

I agree, all of us definitely need to get together and catch up. Maybe watch OOTP when it comes out on dvd? *is excited!*

Oh, and one more thing: Christmas! Christmas!! I am so in the mood! The snow is so preeetty..... *dances around the room singing Angels We Have Heard On High*

Actually no! That's a good thing. I don't have to go get ankle surgery. Just physiotherapy and taping techniques for my ankle and stuff.

OOTP!!!! WUUAAAUUAAAAA We definitely need to get together and watch that.

I'm definitely in a christmas-y mood too! All those Christmas carols they play at work. They are trying to "phase" them in so that we don't get sick of them.

Ah! You return (finally!) to the land of lj! :D! I missed you on here!

Most of this we've chatted about, but your foot! OMG, I hope it'll get better! Did you go see the doctor already?

We all definitely need to do something over Christmas break. I'm officially done with exams and everything Dec. 12(!), so it won't be long!! Then we shall have to hang out and catch up properly. ;)

Glad to hear you're reading that book! I own an abridged version that I got for like, $2, so hopefully I'll get to read it soon. (Once I'm finally finished with my annoying English class!)

Christmas is the best time of year, honestly. I'm currently listening to Josh Groban's "Noel" album. :D
