i feel superbad for the kids who read textbooks like these. they must be so confused by popular culture.

I think what annoys me is people who always insist that because some book or another says something that we should all immediately accept that as fact. :(

*Sigh* Indeed. God, some of the people in this country are stupid. It's like that textbook with stickers in the section on the Big Bang that say "This is a theory, not a fact, so keep an open mind" etc. People are trying to argue both sides of it from a religious perspective. Ugh.
