I ran for 10.3 miles in an hour and a half. I felt more run down than I ever have in my life. I ate and drank a ton of water afterward and felt nauseous the rest of the night. However I can't believe I was able to run 10 miles! Tonight I will do only upperbody weights, some crunches, and light warm up jogging.
