This is (a little bit of) Valinhos
Well, let's post some pictures here as I promissed a good friend that i would.
These are some pictures from my city, a small one in the interior of the state of São Paulo, Brazilian southeast. Most of the pictures (if not 100%) from this post were taken by my girlfriend Ekaterina during her visit to this city, in January of 2011, so they're pretty much a russian view of some parts of this city.
This is a Lake, in an area called CLT ( center of Leisure for workers ), where a lot of people from the city goes to walk
Here is one of the most traditional and old squares in the city
Here, one of the most normal views in the city. It's called Valinhos ( that would mean little valleys in English ) so the whole city is like this, full of up and downs. High and Low places.
The Church where the city grew around (Church called " São Sebastião " )
And one of the most famous and important Samba singer and composer in Brazil, called Adoniran Barbosa who was born in Valinhos ( at least according to some people. It was never confirmed or denied )
and just one reminder to a cool russian team, Spartak (i just like their uniform and some of their history as far as i read )
