Dubbie..
So, I just found out a friend of mine Adam, who everyone called Dubbie, why I still don't know, is dead. I'm not sure how it happened yet. He was over in Poland, he'd been there for about a year teaching English. That makes friend number 5 to die before hitting 30 in the past couple of years. That's fucked up. -
It's the final countdown!
So today we got the final bill of $400US for my Immigrant Visa, which means we're finally almost done. All that's left is administrative stuff, and my "interview" which is all just a formality really ( Read more... ) -

FINALLY!!
So on the 1st of March, after 72 of the LONGEST days of my life, my visa petition through US Citizenship and Immigration Services has been approved. Seriously, one of the best days EVAR. I'm so relieved. That's the longest, and most complicated part of the whole process done, now it's just a matter of waiting for my interview here at the embassy ( Read more... ) -
Visa..
This Visa stuff is driving me crazy. The waiting, and waiting, and waiting is killing me. As of today it's been exactly 8 weeks since US Citizenship and Immigration Services accepted our petition for the Immigrant Visa, and it still hasn't progressed at all.
