I have recently come upon a number of self discoveries, which I will divulge in no particular order:

I love my apartment and my neighborhood, and only wish that more peopel would come over to see how frickin awesome it is.

So last Sunday I had a Top Chef style competition with my dad, who is a 22 year career chef who is currently executive chef in a disney restaurant.....lol.
