( what's okay to mention around him/her ) UHHH nothing in particular jumps out to me. You can pretty much mention anything to her and she'll either be ineffectual or angry.
( is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? special physical features, special abilities, etc ) Er, she always wears the ribbion Ivan gave her when they were little, that's about it.
( can i hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden? ) 9 out of 10 times, if it's striked, that means you can't read it. If you figure your character has something rather important to say to it, or you think they'd hack it anyway, you can respond to it. I'll let you know if that was bad or not. Also, she's extremely careful at her security on her journal, so unless you're a very skilled hacker, you're not getting through.
( can i troll/mindscrew/mess with in general? ) Well, she's Eastern European, so this is probably kind of common for her in England, sadly. :( You're free to try, but don't expect her to just roll over if you actually push one of her buttons. If you honestly want her in a flying rage - go after her siblings.
( can i spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting) ) You're totally free to, but don't expect her to take it lying down. Pissing her off is not the best of ideas - she's fond of conjuring knives out of thin air, so that's what I'd warn you about? Haha. She's decent at attack and defense magic, so a fight against her wouldn't be the easiest.
( can i flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character? ) Touching her is probably not the best of ideas, unless you're family. She's known for breaking hands, okay. Basically, expect her to throw you off and hiss and spit at you if you get too close without her permission.
