First off, I need to admit that I do not read fanfiction. Not before I saw that I would need one for this post anyway. In preparation I scanned the net for some Doctor Who or Torchwood stuff and found this gem. Now, if you do not watch Doctor Who this will mean little to you. If you didn't watch the episode Journey's End then you still will not get the full rationale. Anyway, this author is pretty good so poke around if this one doesn't tickle your fancy.
