Do you type or play piano a lot? You may have strained it because of how repetitive the above is. (Go to the doctor though. If it's a Repetitive Strain injury or not they'll be able to tell you better then I will.

I type a lot. I haven't played the piano in a long time. I defentely need to go to the doctor.
